There is no more marking for this other than "Motor Oil". It was very cheap at $4.29 per quart. It must be assumed that this is a blend or conventional oil. However, it is rated SN+, meaning it passes extra testing for forced induction vehicles. It performs quite well despite being the cheapest oil tested. Most likely this oil is from recycled oils, so it's possible that performance will change from batch to batch. There are plans to retest in many more months and from a different store in a different state. The base oil required power was a bit higher than normal.
The M12 and M14 blends performed quite similarly in terms of scarring, but M14 was able to provide a lower power differential (graphed as "required power"), and much lower temperatures. M4, M12, and M14 were the three best blends tested, however M4 did this at increased temperatures and required power at 120 minutes. M4 tends to have less high-heat wear reduction than blends M12 or M14. M14 performed the best overall.
