The operating temperature of your oil will directly affect many aspects of engine operation, from thermal-induced degradation to component clearances. To a certain degree, reducing oil temperature increases overall engine efficiency. A fine example of how SQUID INK helps to reduce temperatures is our Mobil-1 Advanced Full Synthetic test which you can see below:

While temperatures are reduced immediately, the long-term running temperatures are reduced significantly. SQUID INK accomplishes this by reducing overall friction of components. So, while SQUID INK not only reduces wear, it also reduces operating temperature in most circumstances.
